On Wednesday, October 21, 2020, the University of Trineforce’s team, conducted a well-being e-webinar. The interdisciplinary webinar was held entirely via videoconference and it was a very good experience for everybody. The event was designed by the faculty of the University of Trineforce which included the senior faculty members of the university.

The key points of the webinar included:

Poor engagement is linked with lower productivity
Poor well-being is also related to lower productivity. The ones who are stressed physically, mentally, or emotionally are not able to perform well.
Engagement and wellbeing are correlated to each other
The conference drew a large audience from around the world. The conference papers will be published soon on our website
